Figutín gives you the possibility to trade stickers from any collection album that you are missing and offer the ones you have extra, contacting people in your area to trade them (the Service). You may register and use Figutín on your own only if you are over 18 years old. You may subscribe and cancel your subscription at any time.

By registering in Figutín from your mobile phone or computer through the website, you become a User and accept that you are bound by these Terms of Use (the Agreement). You may use the Service only if you accept all terms of the Agreement and agree to comply with them.

The Service is intended for people over 18 years old. Children and teenagers under 18 years old must not register or use Figutín without the authorization, presence, and permanent supervision of a mother, father, guardian, or responsible adult.

If a person under 18 participates in collecting or trading stickers, the responsible adult must create or manage the account, supervise all messages, contacts and trades, and be present at any in-person meeting. Figutín does not verify the identity, age, or background of Users.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the credentials you used to register in Figutín, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under those credentials. If you believe someone has obtained access to your account, please contact info@browxy.com immediately.

Figutín may make changes to the Service, removing available features or replacing them with new ones in order to improve them. It may also suspend the entire Service, in which case we will notify you in advance unless there are mitigating circumstances.

You may cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason by requesting it at info@browxy.com.

Figutín may cancel your account at any time and without notice if it considers that you breached the Agreement. After your account has been cancelled, this Agreement will end.

Figutín is not responsible for the conduct of any User inside or outside the Service. You agree to act with caution in all interactions with other users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

Figutín is not responsible for any use of the Service by minors under 18 years old. Their mothers, fathers, guardians, or responsible adults will be exclusively responsible for such use, for supervising communications, and for the safety of any trade or in-person meeting.

Figutín may access and retain data related to your User account, safeguarding it according to applicable law, although it may provide it if required by law, or if in good faith it considers that such access, retention, or disclosure is reasonably necessary.

By using the Services, you agree to:
Not use the Service for any illegal purpose or any purpose prohibited by the Agreement;
Not use the Service for harmful or malicious purposes;
Not send spam, request money from, or defraud any User;
Not impersonate any person or entity;
Not harass, stalk, intimidate, assault, abuse, or defame anyone;
Not request passwords or personal information from other users for commercial or illegal purposes.

Figutín provides the Service as is and as available and, to the extent allowed by applicable law, grants no warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise with respect to the Service.

The Service may contain ads and promotions offered by third parties and links to other websites or resources. Figutín is not responsible for the availability of those external websites or resources.

Any controversy arising in connection with the Agreement, the Service, or your relationship with Figutín will be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts seated in the Argentine Republic.
